Casey and Carollee

I’ve been off the blogging saddle for a hot minute as family raising and my dental hygiene career have had a front seat. I’ve still been doing photography for family and close friends in the background, but now it is time to gear things up again. What better way than with an old friend? Casey and I grew up our awkward teenage years down the street from one another, and he has given several hands in previous wedding photography adventures. He has found an amazing, sweet woman in Carollee. I am so thrilled to be the one to photo document their engagement and then wedding in July. These two are quite the perfect fit for one another and my heart is swollen with excitement for their ongoing life adventure together. Congratulations!

Stephanie and Timothy

Last weekend I had the pleasure of photographing my sister, Stephanie and her fiance, Timothy. Their wedding is set for June 25th and they are so full of excitement and energy planning the wedding. We did a quick engagement session while the weather was semi-decent (it is January, after all) with the intention of having another one when the weather perks up a bit in the Spring. Enjoy this little sneak peek!

Robert and Zeina

Yesterday afternoon I had an amazing time photographing Robert and Zeina. We didn’t have time to do the typical “Engagement” shoot months in advance like I would with a typical couple. Zeina lives in Indiana and Robert lives in Wisconsin and they are being married here in Richland, Washington on Saturday. Needless to say I was VERY excited to finally meet with them after exchanging emails and phone calls with Zeina throughout her planning process. Now that they are both, finally, in the same place at the same time, we were able to get a few shots of them together before the wedding. Its always nice to get to know you’re photographer before the wedding, and I’m happy to say we clicked beautifully. They are such a beautiful couple and were willing to try anything in our little time slot we had together. Here are some images from yesterday, I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!
